The Little Clementine is more than a food and recipe blog. It is an online resource for wellness advice – a small glimpse of what working with a health coach could actually be like. The primary intended audience is children, adolescents, and their families, but of course, all are welcome to look around and contact me if you’d like to work together.
The tagline – Show yourself some TLC – stems from the concept of providing yourself with sufficient primary foods. The Institute for Integrative Nutrition defines primary food as being: exercise, spirituality, relationships, and career (or education for those in school). Living a healthy lifestyle is more than eating healthy foods. Eating un-healthfully is often the effect of an underlying cause related to your primary food lacking in a specific area. Working with me as your health coach will arm you with the proper tools to set and conquer goals for aligning your primary foods, and thus eat healthier “secondary” foods. Health is holistic, meaning all-connected, and my health coaching services will help you put all the puzzle pieces back into place.
